Which Engineering Disciplines Are Included?
The main structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines are defined in the proposal. Additional specialties depend on the project.
Are Interior Design and Landscape Design Included?
Not by default. Specialist interior, furniture, landscape or other design work must be expressly listed in the proposal.
Does the Package Include Permit Processing?
Not automatically. Document preparation, submission, processing and approval are different activities. The proposal must identify which are included; Corbán does not guarantee an authority’s decision or timing.
Can the Design Be Coordinated While I Am Abroad?
Selected reviews and decisions can be digital. Required site work, local studies and owner approvals remain explicit in the scope.
Does Corbán Also Build the Project?
No. The owner hires the contractor. Corbán can separately support construction budgeting, contractor comparison and owner-side management after the design is developed.
