Your contractor is selected or work is about to begin. You need a clear owner-side view of how the construction is progressing.
Corbán’s Owner-Side Construction Package combines representation, budget and schedule follow-up, change review, coordination, reporting and agreed handover support during the construction stage.
Before work begins, your proposal states the scope, deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, review points, fee, schedule and recommended next stage.
It is intended primarily for custom homes, vacation residences, rental villas and selected boutique projects with a contractor and a defined construction direction.
THE SERVICE
Know What Will Be Followed During the Construction Stage
The Owner-Side Construction Package organizes execution-stage information around the owner’s approved project. It follows budget, schedule, changes and pending decisions, helping you understand where the work stands and what requires action during the build.
You are commissioning owner-side construction management—not the construction itself. The proposal defines visits, reviews, reports, coordination, authority and the handover support included.
The owner hires the contractor, who remains responsible for performing the contracted construction work.

WHAT TO CONFIRM BEFORE HIRING
We Answer Your Questions
How Often Will I Receive Reports or Site Updates?
The proposal specifies frequency and format. Continuous site presence, drone records or daily updates are not included by assumption.
Do You Approve Payments and Changes Automatically?
No. Review and recommendation are different from approval. Any delegated authority must be expressly agreed with the owner.
What Does Handover Support Include?
The scope identifies the closure records, outstanding-item follow-up and handover coordination included. Corbán does not replace contractor warranties, formal acceptance requirements or specialist testing.
Can This Support an Owner Living Outside Costa Rica?
Yes. Digital reporting and decision coordination can support remote ownership, alongside the site involvement expressly included.
How Is This Different From Full-Cycle Project Management?
This package focuses on execution after contractor selection. Full-Cycle Owner-Side Project Management also connects design, technical coordination and preparation for the construction decision.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN?
